Lillesand Town and
Maritime Museum

 is located in Carl Knudsen-Gaarden, right next to the Lillesand Town Hall. The estate was built i 1827. Here you will find a large collection of tools, appliances and furniture that give a balanced picture of our ancestor's lives in a shipping center. The museum has a nice backyard with backyard buildings intact, and in the first floor of the museum Lillesand Seafarer's Association have their assembly rooms.

Das Lillesand Stadt-
und Seefahrtsmuseum

hat sein Domizil im Carl Knudsen-Hof, unmittelbar neben dem Rathaus gelegen. Die Gebäude des Museums stammen aus dem Jahre 1827. Hier befindet sich eine grosse Sammlung von Werkzeugen, Hausgerät und Möbeln, die einen vielseitigen Eindruck über Leben und Schaffen unserer Vorfahren in einem Seefahrtsort vermitteln. Zum Museum gehört auch ein gemütlicher Hinterhof mit intakten Gebäuden, und im Parterre des Museums hat der örtliche Seemannsverein sein Zuhause.

Museum Shop

The museumshop is housed in the annex of the museum and is open throughout the summer. It offers a rich selection of both local arts and crafts and literature.

Museumsladen

Der Museumsladen befindet sich im Nebengebäude des Museums und ist den ganzen Sommer über geöffnet. Der Laden bietet eine reiche Auswahl an lokaler Kunst, Kunsthandwerk und Literatur an.
